Process to Recover Lost Account

You are now ready to interact with a Clash of Clans Agent after gathering information to Recover Lost Clash of Clans Account. Simply launch the game and begin playing from the beginning. After completing Town Hall Level 1 Tutorial, you will be teleported to Town Hall 2. When you reach Town Hall 2, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to "In Game Setting"
2. Press on "Help & Support"
3. Click on "Report an Issue"
4. Click on "Other Problems"

You will be directed to the chat with bots section after clicking on "Other Problems." Simply type "Hi," and the O.T.T.O bots will respond, "How can I assist you?" .After that, a menu of options will appear; simply select "Account Queries" and then "Lost Account".  At this point, you should be interacting with Clash of Clans Bots, so simply respond to what the Bots ask for. Clash of Clans Bots will inquire about your missing account's Player Id Tag, Account User Name, Town Hall Level, and Clan Name (where you belong to). Finally, the Bot will inquire, "How did you lose your account?" .You must describe briefly how you lost it. After you answer the final question, the real Clash of Clans Agent will appear after 1-2 hours. After the Real Estate Agent appears, he or she will ask you the following questions:

1. Logged-In Device Name
2. Have you changed your Username before?
3. When did you last play the account?

All you have to do is respond to the question at the same time. After a few moments, the Real Agent will compare your response to the information stored on the Clash of Clans Server. If your information is correct, the Real Agent will request a new Gmail address to which no Clash of Clans account is linked. After you provide a new Gmail address, all game data will be transferred to the new Gmail address.
